How do I find my chauffeur?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. Their contact details are sent to you before pick-up.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Simply provide the passenger's name and flight number when booking.
How do I pay for my journey?
Payment is made online by card at the time of booking. Your journey is then confirmed and there is nothing left to pay on the day.
