Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Black Aureum, a chauffeur-driven passenger transport company (VTC) registered at 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, and any person making a booking for a transport service (hereinafter the "Client"). Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Bookings are made via the booking form on the website, by telephone, WhatsApp or email. They are confirmed by Black Aureum, by email or by telephone, after availability has been checked. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (date, time, pick-up location, number of passengers).

Prices displayed on the website for standard journeys (airport and station transfers, hourly service) include all taxes, including French VAT at the applicable rate (20%). For bespoke, event or long-distance journeys, a personalised quotation is issued before the booking is confirmed. Prices may vary according to waiting time, intermediate stops or any additional service requested by the Client.

Payment is made online by card via the secure payment platform Stripe, or according to the terms agreed with Black Aureum for bespoke requests. Online payment, where offered, corresponds to the total amount, including taxes, of the service booked.

The Client may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Any cancellation made within this period entitles the Client to a full refund of the amount paid.

After this 48-hour period, or if the Client is not present at the pick-up location ("no-show"), the full price of the service remains payable and no refund will be made, except in duly evidenced cases of force majeure.

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to contact@blackaureum.fr or made by telephone on +33 6 38 33 97 34.

Any request for a change (date, time, location, vehicle) must be sent to Black Aureum as soon as possible. It is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

The chauffeur arrives at the agreed pick-up location at the stated time. For airport transfers, flights are tracked in real time, and a grace period applies in the event of a flight delay. Waiting time beyond this period may be charged as an extra.

Black Aureum undertakes to provide the transport service with professional chauffeurs and vehicles that comply with applicable regulations. Black Aureum cannot be held liable for delays or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control (traffic conditions, adverse weather, strikes, force majeure).

Data provided when booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, set out in the legal notice on this website.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.

This English version is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
