Information collected via the booking form is intended exclusively for Black Aureum for the purpose of processing your transport request. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data, which you may exercise by writing to contact@blackaureum.fr.

This website displays no advertising and uses no advertising trackers. Each tracker used is listed below with its purpose and duration, together with the Google services the website loads.

Trackers necessary for the website to function. They do not require your consent and are only read by this website:

• "NEXT_LOCALE" cookie: stores the website language (French or English) when you choose it, or on a first visit from a browser that is not set to French. Duration: 12 months.
• "blackaureum-consent-analytics" local storage: keeps your choice regarding audience measurement (accepted or declined) and its date. Duration: 6 months, after which you are asked again.
• "ba.express.v1" session storage: keeps the details entered in the booking module (service, locations, addresses, dates and times, duration, vehicle, number of passengers) so that you do not lose them when changing pages. Duration: until the tab is closed.

Audience measurement, subject to your consent:

• Google Analytics (visit statistics), provided by Google: helps us understand website traffic (pages visited, visitor origin). This service is only loaded after your consent: until you click "Accept", no data is sent to it. The data is pseudonymised, not anonymised: it is linked to a random identifier stored in the "_ga" and "_ga_" cookies (the latter followed by the website identifier), not to your name. Advertising features and cross-device tracking (Google Signals) are disabled. Cookie duration: 13 months at most. They are deleted if you decline or withdraw your consent.

Address suggestions:

• Google Places, provided by Google: suggests addresses while you fill in an address field in the booking module or form. This service is only loaded at that point: as soon as you place the cursor in an address field, or as soon as an address field that is already filled in is displayed (address carried over from the previous step or kept during your visit). Google then receives your device's IP address, the text in the field (from three characters) and the suggestion you choose. This service is not subject to the consent banner. On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or decline audience measurement, with a single click in either case. You can change your decision at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
